Los chicos de la recepción son muy amables, incluso uno de ellos se memorizó mi nombre, lo que genera una experiencia personalizada. Personal de servicios generales muy amable también. Tuvimos la oportunidad de guardar nuestro equipaje durante todo el día en el cuarto designado, lo que nos ayudó a aprovechar el último día en Cartagena. La ubicación está muy bien.
